Datavita is Scotland’s largest and most advanced purpose-built colocation facility. It is also the first facility in the UK to be Tier III certified for both design and construction.

The site is located just off the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh. It houses up to 2,000 racks, all powered by 100% renewable energy.

The Role

Due to a significant period of further growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team based in Bellshill. (Remote for now)

They are looking for a commercially minded, ambitious and target driven sales executive who will be responsible for both driving new business and managing and growing an existing client base.

New business will not be from cold calling, but from being passed pre-qualified leads from the marketing activities so a consultative approach is required to turn these leads into a new client.

Ideally, you will come from a similar background with an understanding of the managed services / data centre world, however, an exceptional sales candidate will be considered from any background.

This is an internal post initially, however, we are looking for ambitious candidates that want to progress their career into a field based, client facing position.

On offer is a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped OTE which is more than achievable as there aren’t ridiculous targets being set!
